For $22 per month ($5.50 per session)  this group support offers:

Closed (3-9 participants) weekly meetings to discuss and unpack a trauma-based book on topics like:

• Complex PTSD
• emotional neglect
• attachment / mother / father wounds
• shame
• trauma bonding
• Q & A, etc
• A willingness to be coached in safe and supportive group setting, when comfortable
• 6-8 months per book timeline
